5. If you get a buyer we will see
to the paper work for you. Taking the Offer to Purchase
from the buyer and send it to you for acceptance or not.
6. You can still make use of the services of an Estate
Agent, but make sure that if you sign a Mandate with
them, that it is stated, that if you get a buyer yourself
there will be no commission payable to them.
