with a maximum of 13 pictures, until it gets sold.
2. A Private Seller “For Sale”
board.
3. Five Private Seller “On
Show” boards that you can use to have an open
house for your property.
4. A guideline to use for preparing and
marketing your property for sale.
5. If you get a buyer we will see to the paper work
for you. Taking the Offer to Purchase from the buyer
and present it to you for acceptance or rejection.
6. You can still make use of the
services of an Estate Agent, but make sure that if
you sign a Mandate with them, that it is stated, that if you
get a buyer yourself there will be no commission payable to
