How does it work?
Even if you have your own website you are not guaranteed to get
hits. You can advertise as many properties as you wish, and if you
have your own website we will take all the hassles away for you,
we will just copy your ads on your website and put it on ours so
there won't be any extra work or costs on your side. And we guarantee
that you will have hits on our site. If you don't have a website
we will take pictures of the property for you (only in Blaauwberg
area) or you can e-mail the photos to us.
All we ask for is:
That if we give you a buyer, and you do a deal with that buyer you
will give us one of the following:
Use a Conveyancer appointed by us or
That we do the bond or
A referral commission of 20% on your cut
The choice is yours
